1. FRUIT SAUCE:.

2. Cook the fruit, sugar, wine and liqueur for 15 minutes, then strain well. Add a little corn syrup for a thicker sauce.

3. FRENCH TOAST:.

4. Mix together the eggs, banilla, almond extract, cinnamon, sugar, cream and almonds.

5. Dip the bread in the mixture to coat thoroughly.

6. Heat the butter in a pan over high heat, and cook the bread until golden brown on both sides.

7. Serve with fruit sauce and enjoy!
