1. Put ghee and the sliced onion in a bowl. 2. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes. 3. Add cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, red chillies and rice. 4. Mix well. 5. Microwave on HIGH for 1 more minute. 6. Add water, orange juice and salt. 7. Cook, covered on HIGH for 10 more minutes. 8. Stir in the pineapple, apple and grapes. 9. Keep covered for a few more minutes before serving. 10.
