Galician Soup ( Caldo Gallego )


1. Cut Veal and Ham Steaks into Chunks.

2. Mince Onion and Garlic

3. Peel and Cut Potatoes into Cubes.

4. Skin and cut Choizo into 1/4 inch round slices.

5. In a Large Soup pot

6. Add the beans with their liquid.

7. Then place all remaining ingredients.

8. Mix well and let Cook over low flame for about 3 hours.

9. Serve in Soup Bowls with Toated Italian Bread for dunking on the side.
