1. Fry the onions in oil until transparent. 2. Add the tomatoes, garlic, bay leaf, salt, pepper, sugar and a little water. 3. Simmer for 20 minutes. 4. Clean the shrimp. 5. Place the shrimp in a baking dish and cover with the onion mixture. 6. Place the feta slices on top. 7.
