1. Melt butter and garlic in a small saucepan or 8 inch skillet. 2. Season with a pinch of salt and cook very gently for 2-5 minutes, without allowing the garlic to color. 3. Toss into the hot cooked pasta. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the chopped parsley. Stir with cheese if desired.
