Garlic Dill Rice

Garlic Dill Rice


1. In a large skillet, saute garlic in hot olive oil until softened.

2. Add rice and saute for 2 minutes over high heat.

3. Add broth and seasonings and bring back to a boil.

4. Lower heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until done.

5. Fluff and mix rice and allow to stand uncovered for a few minutes before serving.
