1. LEMON SAUCE: 8 oz can tomato sauce grated rind of 2 lemons 1/4 cup lemon juice salt and pepper to taste 1 Tbsp minced mint Combine all ingredients for the meatballs and form into walnut-sized balls. 2. Place in crockpot. Mix the sauce ingredients together and pour over the meatballs. 3. Cover and cook on LOW 4 - 6 hours. 4.
