Garlic Sizzled Mushrooms


1. Heat the olive oil in a large nonstick frypan coated with cooking spray over medium high heat.

2. Add mushrooms, crushed red pepper, garlic, and a dash of salt, saute 3 minutes.

3. Reduce heat to medium.

4. Add the broth and a dash of black pepper, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with parsley.
