1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C. 2. Warm the oil slightly. 3. Add salt and pepper. 4. Toss in the nuts. 5. Mix well. 6. Immediately spread out the oiled walnuts onto a baking sheet lined onto a baking tray. 7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring and tossing the nuts frequently, until the nuts are light brown. 8.
