1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Add rice, and saute 1 minute. 3. Add garlic; saute 2 minutes. 4. Stir in water, broth and salt; bring to a boil. 5. Cover, reduce heat, and cook over medium-low heat 55 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. 6. Spoon into a bowl, fluff with a fork. 7.
