1. Mix olive oil, red pepper flakes, and garlic. 2. Process through blender or processor. 3. Set Aside. 4. Rinse out food processor or blender and add avocado, jalapeno or chipotle pepper sauce, light shake of seasoning salt, and lime. 5. Process or blend until smooth texture. 6. Set aside and refrigerate. 7. Thread shrimp on skewers and brush with garlic& olive oil mixture and lightly season with seasoning salt. 8. Grill over medium heat@ 2 1/2-3 minutes each side. 9.
