Garlicky Meatballs Over Rice


1. Mix all ingredients except tomato sauce and rice.

2. Shape into sixteen 1 1/2-inch meatballs.

3. Spray 10-inch nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat.

4. Place meatballs in skillet; spray meatballs with nonstick cooking spray.

5. Cook until meatballs are brown on all sides.

6. Stir in tomato sauce.

7. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to low.

8. Cover and simmer about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until meatballs are no longer pink in center.

9. Serve over rice.
