German Chocolate Cake Icing


1. Combine evaporated milk, sugar, egg yolks, butter and vanilla in saucepan.

2. Cook over low-medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil, about 5 minutes.

3. Continue boiling, stirring constantly, about 2 more minutes or until mixture turns caramel color.

4. Add coconut. Cool.

5. Frost your cake!
