German Chocolate Cheesecake


1. Heat oven to 450 degrees.

2. Prepare graham cracker crust.

3. 1 cup graham crackers, crushed.

4. 1/3 cup butter and 2 tbs sugar.

5. Press on bottom of 9" springform pan.

6. Bake 10 minutes.

7. Next melt chocolate in microwave for about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes on high.

8. Mix all the above ingredients into mixer with the exception of eggs.

9. Mix at medium speed.

10. Add eggs and mix well.

11. Then fold in chocolate.

12. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.

13. Then turn over to 250 and bake for 35 minutes.

14. Remove from oven and let cool.

15. Cool completely.

16. Topping- under confections.
