German Cole Slaw


1. Chop the cabbage and onion and place in a large bowl.

2. In a small pot add the remaining ingredients and stir together and bring to a boil. Let the mixture reduce by 1/2 and then remove from heat and pour over the cabbage mixture and toss well.

3. Let sit for 2 hours or overnight.
