1. Heat the oven to 425. 2. Melt the butter in a 10 inch, ovenproof skillet (cast iron is best; I've also used a pie pan). 3. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to blend. 4. Bake 12-15 minutes, or until risen and golden. 5.
