1. Cook cabbage in water for 8-10 minutes; drain. 2. Fry bacon and remove from pan; Add onion and saute until limp, 3-5 minutes. 3. Add sugar and flour to bacon fat; blend until smooth. 4. Add water, vinegar, and seasonings; cook until thick. 5. Add diced bacon, and cabbage. 6. Heat through. 7.
