1. Empty tomatoes and juice into medium saucepan. Add onions. Cook on low until onions are tender. 2. Break apart the toast, small pieces. Add to tomatoes and onions. 3. Add sugar and allspice. Stir until blended. 4. Cook about five minutes. 5. Serve. 6.
