Gevalia Kaffe Mocha Spice Cake


1. Heat oven to 325 F.

2. Mix sour cream, coffee and vanilla in small bowl.

3. Melt chocolate and butter, stir in sugar.

4. Beat in eggs, one at a time (with electric mixer).

5. Beat in 1/2 cup flour, baking soda, cinnamon, baking powder and salt.

6. Add remaining flour alternately with sour cream mixture, beating thouroughly.

7. Pour into greased and floured 9-cup fluted tube pan.

8. Bake 60 min.

9. Cool.

10. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
