1. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in sauce pan and brown lamb and onions. 2. Melt remaining 1 tablespoon butter in frying pan and saute mushrooms, separately. 3. Add to lamb and onions. Add hot water. 4. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat. Simmer 10-15 minutes. 5. Add salt & pepper to taste, and rosemary. 6. Cook over low heat additional 10 minutes. 7. If texture is too thick, add a little water. 8. Goes well served over couscous. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
