Giant Rolo


1. Melt the butter, cream and sugar with a dash of water in a very large pan.

2. Cook till soft toffee stage.

3. Pour the soft toffee into your mould i.e. clean plant pot.

4. Set in fridge for a while.

5. When set, position soft toffee centrally in a big mould.

6. Engulf soft toffee in "molten chocolate".

7. Place creation in chiller.

8. Release the mould and behold a giant rolo!
