1. Break 2 eggs into a bowl. 2. Add the milk, cinnamon, ginger and all spice to the egg mixture. 3. Pour the mixture into a pie plate. 4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and melt the butter. 5. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture on both sides. 6. Cook until the bread is brown underneath. 7.
