1. Mix cornstarch, water, sugar, soy sauce and 1 t oil. Set aside. 2. In a skillet or wok, stir fry beef in remaining oil for 4-5 min until done. 3. Add corn, red pepper, ginger and garlic, stir fry 2-3 min until crisp-tender. Add peas and cook for 30 sec. Stir soy sauce mixture to pan. Bring to a boil. Cook 2 min or until thickened. 4.
