1. In a small bowl, blend mayonnaise, vinegar, soy sauce, honey, ginger and salt. 2. Set aside 1/4 cup of the mayonnaise mixture for grilling. 3. Stir orange juice into remaining mayonnaise mixture and reserve for tossing with the greens. 4. Grill or broil chicken, brushing with reserved 1/4 cup mayonnaise mixture, about 12 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, turning once. 5. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, toss baby greens with reserved orange juice mixture. 6.
