Gnocchi

Gnocchi


1. Mix 1 cup of mashed potatoes with flour and egg.

2. Knead until smooth.

3. Roll between your hands into 1/2 inch thick "snakes".

4. Cut into 1/2 inch pieces.

5. Drop separately into boiling water.

6. Cook until gnocchi float, then remove and drain immediately.
