1. Marinate beef in Hoisin sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, egg white, soy sauce and sherry for 30 minutes. 2. Heat oil in frying pan until hot. 3. Stir-fry meat mixture 3 minutes. 4. Arrange shredded onions on top of meat before serving. 5. Serve hot. 6.
