Gorman'S Beef Stroganoff


1. Coat meat with flour, salt, & pepper (meat mixture).

2. In a large heated skillet: add butter to melt and then add meat mixture and brown meat quickly on both sides (just brown meat not cook).

3. Add onions, garlic, ketchup, and mushrooms to skillet and cook 4-5 minutes.

4. Add beef broth or bouillon.

5. Cover and simmer for 1 hour.

6. **Uncover and mix 1/2 cup to 1 cup of sour cream.

7. Serve over egg noodles or rice.

8. ** Only mix sour cream right before eating.
