1. In a skillet melt the butter over medium heat. 2. Add mushrooms. 3. Cook until the mushrooms are well browned and the liquid has cooked down (about 35 minutes). 4. Stir in the lemon pepper. 5. thyme,cayenne& salt and remove from heat. 6. Combine egg yolks with cream. 7. Add 1/4 of the mushroom mixture to the egg yolks, stirring well. 8. Combine yolk mixture with mushrooms in the skillet. 9. Cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes. 10. Remove from heat and pour into a 3 cup container. 11. Chill& firm. 12.
