Grandma Gullickson'S Rhubarb Cake


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. Mix 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon cinnamon, and 1/2 cup rhubarb in small bowl for topping. Set aside.

3. Mix butter, sugar, sour milk and egg.

4. Add dry ingredients.

5. Mix in rhubarb.

6. Pour into a greased and floured 9" x 13" pan. Sprinkle on topping.

7. Bake at 400 for 10 - 15 minutes.

8. Reduce heat to 350 degrees. Bake another 30 minutes.

9. Let cool before serving.
