1. Saute rice in oil until rice begins to brown. 2. Add Onion and cook 2 to 3 minutes. 3. Pour in tomato sauce, water and add chicken bouillon. 4. Bring to a boil. 5. Turn heat to a medium-low. Cover with a lid and cook 20 minutes. 6. Open and sprinkle with black pepper. 7.
