Grandma'S Casserole


1. Brown meat in skillet, drain off fat.

2. Saute onions, green pepper, garlic and celery until onions start to look translucent.

3. Combine the rest of the ingredients.

4. Simmer for a few minutes.

5. Spoon a small amount of sauce into 9x13-inch pan.

6. Top with 8 oz. UNCOOKED egg noodles.

7. Cover with remaining sauce and top with 6 oz. skim milk mozzarella cheese.

8. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

9. Let stand for 15 minutes before cutting.
