1. In large pot, saute diced veggies in oil over low heat until golden. 2. Add ground beef and cook, breaking into 1/2 inch chunks. 3. Add Goya Adobo and garlic and saute 3 minutes. 4. Add reserved tomato liquid, water and bouillon. 5. Bring to boil. 6. Add tomatoes, frozen veggies and elbow noodles. 7. Return to boil and simmer 7 minutes. 8.
