1. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. 2. Cut in butter with pastry blender. Add milk and mix well. 3. Combine maple syrup with water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. 4. Drop the dough in the hot maple syrup by the tablespoonful. Cover and cook 25 minutes. 5.
