1. Brown ground beef in dutch over or deep frying pan, drain. 2. Add onions and peppers, sauté until tender crisp. 3. Add Worcestershire, boullion, salt and pepper. 4. Bring to a boil. 5. Add carrots and broccoli, cover and cook until tender. 6. Add drained corn. 7. Put in casserole and cover with hot mashed potatoes. 8. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until bubbly. 9. Turn oven to broil and brown mashed potatoes about 5 minutes. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
