1. boil the leaves in water for 3 minutes abd cut off the stems. 2. In a large dish,mix all ingredients excepting leaves. 3. as in the link, hold leaves form its stem and fold the top with filling. 4. ( the matte part of leaf will be filled). 5. then fold two sides of leaves and roll and close up them. 6. place them side by side in a po t(there will be no space among them). 7. pour 1 cup hot water into pot and cook at low heat untill the water evaporates. 8. cool it and then serve with lemon slices. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
