1. In a large saucepan, cook noodles in salted water until tender. 2. In dutch oven stockpot, melt butter; saute deli ham with garlic [or Spam]. 3. Bring to a 9 bubble simmer [med.high heat]; cook and stir for 2 minutes. 4. Stir in the spinach or peas, salt and pepper. 5.
