Greek Chicken Kapama


1. Sauté onion, garlic, celery and butter 'till tender.

2. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, water, parsley, red pepper, garlic powder, oregano, black pepper, cinnamon and red wine.

3. Then add giblets.

4. Brown chicken and add to sauce.

5. Simmer for 2-3 hours.
