1. Combine the first 3 ingredients in a slow cooker. 2. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours, or until chicken is tender. 3. Just before serving, remove chicken amd shred with 2 forks. 4. Add shredded chicken back into slow cooker, and stir in yogurt, and oregeno. 5. Serve as a filling for pita bread. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
