Greek Chili


1. In a soup pot, heat oil and add chopped onion and turkey.

2. Brown meat.

3. Add garlic, oregano, thyme, bay leaves and pepper.

4. Cook 1 minute or so.

5. Add tomatoes with juice, drained chickpeas, drained olives and chopped artichoke hearts.

6. Stir well.

7. Simmer for about one hour.

8. Serve with feta sprinkled on top.
