1. place beans in large pot of salted boiling water until tender/crisp 6-8 minutes. 2. drain in colander rinsing with cold water to stop cooking. 3. whisk oil, garlic, mustard, vinegar, and salt and pepper (to taste). 4. toss vinegarette over beans. 5. add remaining cheese, tomatoes and scallions toss to coat. 6. serve. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
