1. Prepare grill. 2. Combine all ingredients being careful not to overmix. (I found it helpful to use a rubber spatula to "cut" and fold the meat to combine). 3. Divide mixture into equal portions, shaping each into a 1/2-inch patty. 4. Place patties on a grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 6 minutes on each side or until a thermometer registers 165*. 5.
