1. Preheat oven to 425°. 2. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion, and sauté 3 minutes. 3. Combine the onion and the next 10 ingredients (onion through egg). 4. Shape meat mixture into 30 (1 1/2-inch) meatballs, and place on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. 5.
