Greek Potato Wedges


1. Mix: 1/2 cup flour with the Greek seasoning.

2. Dip potato wedges in melted margarine.

3. Coat with the flour and seasoning mixture.

4. Lay potatoes in 9x13-inch pan.

5. Put layer of onion slices over potatoes.

6. Sprinkle some of the Greek Seasoning over onions.

7. Put in 400° oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
