Greek Rice Toss


1. Combine rice, artichoke hearts, tomato, cucumber, onion, cheese, olives, parsley, lemon juice, oregano, and lemon pepper.

2. Chill 1 hour.

3. Just before serving drizzle reserved artichoke liquid over salad.

4. Spoon into individuallettuce-lined salad plates.
