1. Combine oil, lemon juice, salt, oregano, garlic, and red pepper flakes if using, in a blender; blend until smooth. 2. Put chicken pieces in a zipper plastic bag. 3. Pour marinade over chicken pieces. 4. Squeeze out air and seal. 5. Mush the bag around with fingers to coat the chicken well. 6. Refrigerate for 6 hours to overnight. 7. Place on charcoal grill. 8.
