Green Addiction Pistachio Cheesecake


1. CRUST.

2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

3. Combine flour, 1/2 cup of butter and half of the crushed pecans. Press into bottom of 9x13 glass dish.

4. Increase butter to 3/4 cup if you're finding it too dry.

5. Bake until edges begin to brown. (Maybe 10 min -- ovens will vary).

6. Set aside and let cool.

7. CREAMCHEESE LAYER.

8. Blend creamcheese, half a tub of Cool Whip and icing sugar.

9. delicatelydisburse over COOLED crust evenly.

10. PUDDING LAYER.

11. Mix packages of pistachio pudding with milk and just before it firms up, pour over creamcheese layer.

12. TOPPING.

13. Smooth remaining Cool Whip evenly and sprinkly on remaining pecans.

14. Chill and enjoy.
