Grilled Canadian Bacon Pizza


1. Drain the artichoke hearts and set aside.

2. Sprinkle half of the fontina cheese over the pizza crusts.

3. In a bowl, add the quartered artichoke hearts, Canadian bacon, tomatoes, feta cheese, green onions, and oregano; stir to combine.

4. Add salt and pepper if necessary.

5. Divide the mixture and place it evenly over the cheese.

6. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

7. Transfer pizzas to a pizza grill pan.

8. Place pan on grill rack over medium heat.

9. Cover and grill for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and pizza is heated.
