1. To make Marinade: In a small bowl whisk together the marinade ingredients. Rinse the chicken under cold water dry with paper towels. Put marinade and chicken in ziplock bag for at least 1 hour. 2. Grill chicken over Medium High heat 6-10 minutes (for chicken tenderloins) until meat is fully cooked, turning once. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. 3. Put Meat in your favorite hard shelled or softshelled Taco. Top with fresh Guacamole, Cheese, and Lettuce.
