Grilled Cuban Sandwiches


1. Spread cut sides of bread with mustard.

2. Arrange half of cheese and ham on bottom half of bread; top with pickle slices.

3. Repeat with remaining cheese and ham; cover with top half of bread.

4. Slice into quarters.

5. Arrange sandwiches in a lightly greased skillet; place a heavy skillet on top of sandwiches.

6. Cook over med-high heat 2 minutes on each side or until golden and cheese is melted.
