1. Saute the puree ingredients with the cooking oil, along with cinnamon, clove, lime leaves and lemon grass leaves until fragrant and cooked about 5 to 10 minutes. 2. Add the chicken, saute with seasoning until half-cooked chicken ( About 8 minutes) . Add coconut milk, reduce heat, and cook until the mixture is thicken and almost dry. 3. Turn off the heat and let it chill for a while. 4. Preheat the grill to medium hot. 5. Basting the chicken with the remaining saute mixture while grilling.
